Pros of working at Jack's

Met some good people to work with and most of the usual customers are amazing

Cons of working at Jack's

Two people usually open the store and only those two. If the area manager doesn't like you you have no advancement opportunity. If night shift doesn't do something day shift usually suffers

Pros of working at Jack's

The coworkers are great and there's good diversity. The managers can be some of the best and I believe everyone should work in food services at least once.

Cons of working at Jack's

1. The only way to get a raise at Jacks is to quit and come back. 2. Jacks sucks the life out of you. Long hours of rushes make you stressed and drains your social battery very very quickly. Your sleep schedule will suffer 3. Any change of management. You might be doing something a way more efficiently or something that in no way negatively affects the company, then suddenly a new manager or higher-up comes along and the entire store starts from scratch. 4. Hoards of people on rushes. And most of the time you're short-staffed. People become rude very quickly even if it's obvious you're trying hard. 5. Any injuries that you get most of the time you won't have any proper medicine for it until you get home. My jacks runs out of medicine ALL THE TIME. Don't work at Jacks. Your mental health will plummet.
