Healthcare and all other benefits keep getting cut. The culture is very much like Stratton Oakmont. Dog eat dog and back stabbing. Very unhealthy place to work

The base comp and bonus were very fair.
The benefits were continuously being cut. The culture is very cut throat and old school management. Technology lags as well. Poor leadership
