Stop and think through the job - ensuring you have the tools and supplies needed to complete before leaving the shop. Pre-start customer walk-through: note and mark private utilities with him/her, confirm placement and details, take notes as necessary; listen to and understand the customer's needs and expectations and communicate those to the team; think about safety and security for pets and people. Make sure that an Integrous yard sign gets placed before the job starts.
