QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC FOREMAN FOR NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION 5 years of HVAC new construction experience with 2 years of leadership experience required. Plans and lays out work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of HVAC personnel engaged in the installation and repair of HVAC system. Ensure all equipment and materials are on the site for installs Manage labor, Sobieski employees as well as Subcontractors Conducts regular inspections of work in progress and on completion; participates in the more complex HVAC tasks. Confers with officials on proposed HVAC projects and makes recommendations.Recruits and trains skilled and trades helper personnel. Establishes safety and work performance standards for subordinates.Performs related work as required. Journeyman certification is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
