Job Summary
Conducts patient assessments to identify appropriate patients for potential admission into the system. Daily follow up with patients and their decision-makers in their account(s) for consistent clinical reassessment. Responsible for managing the referrals and admissions that are generated through their assigned hospitals and territories. Represents ScionHealth and their assigned hospital with professionalism and maintains positive relationships with the accounts within their territory. Designs and manages the marketing strategies for their assigned accounts. Identifies and contacts new and potential referral sources to grow their respective territory. Conducts in-person educational meetings and conversations with referral sources, utilizing educational materials to present our specialty hospitals to referral sources. Acts as liaison by coordinating transmission of clinical and benefit information between patients, decision-makers, referral sources and the ScionHealth Specialty Hospitals they serve. Performs 80% or more of work outside the home, with expectation of being on-site at their respective accounts daily.
Essential Functions
Uses prospecting methods to generate leads including initiating personal/business contacts, sourcing expansion opportunities through existing and new accounts and educational presentations.
Meets the monthly goals for their assigned hospitals
Expands the number of referral sources in their assigned territories.
Maintains current referral sources through relationship development.
Manages the admissions process as an ambassador for patients who meet the criteria eligibility.
Operates within budgeted parameters by carefully planning travel and monitoring expenses
Conduct assessments in accordance with company standards.
Manage the referrals and admission process for their referred patients.
Work closely with patients and their family members to educate them on the benefits of ScionHealth Hospitals.
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Completes clinical assessments on potential patients completing assessments to meet with standards of the Division
Meets with patients and families to explain hospital's care and services. e
Establishes strong and successful relationships with referral sources throughout their territory.
Successfully manages the Referral, Assessment and Admission Process.
Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean and wears appropriate identification while on duty.
Completes annual health, safety, and education requirements. Maintains professional growth and development.
Maintains confidentiality of all patient and/or employee information to assure patient and/or employee rights are protected.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and the skills necessary to provide care to the patient population served.
Reports to work on time as scheduled; adheres to policies regarding notification of absence.
Attends all mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
Communicates the mission, ethics, and goals of the hospital, as well as the focus statement of the department.
Maintains current licensure/certification for position, if applicable.
Consistently demonstrates Guest Relation's skills to patients, physicians, visitors, employees, and any other individuals with whom they may come in contact.
Consistently follows departmental and hospital Health, Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials policies and procedures.

Qualifications Education
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or other related field strongly preferred
Extensive healthcare sales work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
Licenses/Certification
Valid driver's license
Clinical license preferred; Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Experience
Minimum two (2) years of former healthcare sales experience and/or minimum of two (2) years of clinical healthcare experience strongly preferred
Formal sales training preferred
Demonstrated understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers as related to LTACH benefits
Demonstrated competence in strategic business planning and design of marketing initiatives

Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident's healthcare needs change. Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community. Provides training, supervision, and monitoring of associates in the administration of medications as described/allowed in Nurse Practice Act, to include auditing of medication administration records.
Provides training and education to resident care associates on an ongoing basis with classroom in-services, and situation-specific training.
Supervises the maintenance of resident charts and reviews documentation performed by care giving staff.
As described and allowed in the Nurse Practice Act, assesses health, functional and psycho-social status of residents, initiates individualized service plans, proactively manages care and services for each resident, evaluates effectiveness and maximizes the resident's opportunity to remain in their environment.
Manages the health care of residents, including the dissemination of information to families and associates. Ensures that family members are aware of resident's need for scheduled appointments.
Participates in pre-admission screening of prospective new residents. Assures that required documentation is completed prior to or upon resident admission, including nursing assessments, service plans, and other assigned forms. Updates assessments as required by policy and as described/allowed in Nurse Practice Act.
Performs on-site evaluations of residents admitted to alternate care environments for treatment, and maintains contact with resident families with the intent of returning resident to Brookdale.
Performs ongoing assessment/observation of residents' physical and psycho-social needs and coordinates with other departments to assure quality, proactive care.
Evaluates residents; documents changes in condition, and notifies executive director, physician, and resident's legally responsible party/family of resident's condition and reactions. Prepares Physician Visit Form and reviews and updates resident chart.
Facilitates continuity of care for those residents receiving home health care, hospice services, and other third party healthcare- related services.
Participates in or leads meetings relevant to resident care issues, such as Service Plan meetings, involving appropriate parties as needed.
Ensures in-house ancillary medical services such as podiatrist, doctor visits, dental visits, psych visits, lab, X-ray, ambulance, etc. are scheduled and followed through.
Participates in department quality improvement activities.
Assists in keeping the environment safe for associates to reduce the occurrence of Workers' Compensation claims by appropriately evaluating resident transfer and mobility needs and involving therapy services as indicated.
Shares on-call and manager on duty responsibilities/shifts as required.
Strengthens clinical process within the community until permanent replacement is identified.

Summary
Join McKesson's Finance team as a Lead FP&A Business Systems Analyst, driving enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role is pivotal in driving transformation, harmonizing FP&A processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business units.
Key Responsibilities
* SAC Implementation & Support: Lead and support SAC planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions. Serve as a liaison between finance and technology teams to translate business requirements into SAC capabilities.
* Collaboration: Build strong relationships with finance, IT, and business unit stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems analysis, or related roles within large, complex organizations.
* Proven track record of leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other EPM tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Hyperion).
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a dynamic environment.

Position in this function is under the supervision of the Business Services Supervisor, the Claim Processing Specialist is responsible for processing the electronic claims edits, "front end "edits, as well as claims edits from secondary claims. In the event a claim edit does not pass, the Specialist must determine the required action and steps necessary to resolve the claim issue. The Claim Processing Specialist will be expected to review and resolve a No-Activity Work file/Work queue, which consist of accounts that have no payment or rejection posted on the account and follow Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Central Business Office policies and procedures to determine the appropriate action.
