QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required to support communication with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders. Proficient knowledge of legal documents, formatting, table of contents and table of authorities, styles, track changes, inserting and labeling pdf documents, and converting pdf documents to Word. Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience working with a Document Management System (iManage experience a plus). Experience with time entry, e-Filing (state, federal, and regulatory agencies), and database software. Experience opening files and running conflict checks.
