An Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney to join our Phoenix office. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of experience in credit, banking, and finance, with a strong background in lender and/or borrower-side financings. Experience with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based lending is essential.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, security agreements, and closing deliverables. Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is a plus.
Skills: Strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills.
Attributes: Candidates should be willing to take on significant responsibilities related to deal management, client interactions, and work product. Diligence, proactivity, and teamwork are essential.
Bar Admission: Candidates must be admitted to the Arizona Bar or eligible for admission.
