Software Proficiency: Experience using SoftPro, iManage, and other title-related platforms is preferred. Position Summary The Products Liability Paralegal position offers organizational and practice-specific support to Attorneys within the practice group, assisting in case preparation throughout its lifecycle, including related research and analysis. Key Responsibilities Manages the organization, maintenance, and effective use of documents and case-related materials. Assists Attorneys with the discovery process, including its construction and oversight. Conducts and oversee document reviews, managing projects, tracking, and reporting progress and results. Drafts legal documents such as subpoenas, notices of depositions, and other discovery-related materials. Supports law and motion practice by assembling motion papers and exhibits, coordinating the filing of pleadings and briefs, and ensuring proper service. Performs and oversee both simple and complex cite checking and proofreading of briefs and other legal documents. Assists with trial preparation, including creating trial notebooks, organizing exhibits, and coordinating witness schedules. Maintains trial calendars and communicate effectively with opposing counsel and courtroom staff during trials. Corresponds with experts by sending reports and related materials. Maintains all witness files electronically. Supervises the work product of Office Services, including quality control checks of all materials outsourced to that department.
