Role Focus
The attorney will work with emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that support them, handling venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and a range of ongoing corporate governance matters.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital work, including:
Preferred stock financings, bridge financings, and SAFE financings
Venture capital transactions using NVCA, Series Seed, and Y Combinator forms
M&A deal support and due diligence
Day-to-day governance for early-stage and high-growth companies
Am Law 100 experience is preferred.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
