* Maintain a safe and orderly central mail room to ensure accuracy and the security of packages

* Keep accurate records of deliveries, postage usage, and shipping costs.

* Coordinate with delivery services (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) for pick-up and drop-off.
* Ensure compliance with company policies regarding confidentiality and handling of sensitive documents.

• File court documents to appropriate departments. Process complaints and A&P's. Request court files.
• Visit daily, District Court Judges offices for confirmation of finished and approved files.
• Assist all sections with various copying, packaging and mailing projects.
• Deliver documents such as UCC filings, corporate docs, license applications, to the State office.
• Deliver real estate documents to the Real Estate Paralegal(s).
• Process copying requests daily.
• Print and deliver received faxes to various legal staff and attorneys.
• Process, sort and deliver mail to various departments daily.
• Process overnight mail.
• Relieve lobby receptionist for lunch and breaks by greeting clients, answering the switchboard and accepting delivered items.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Experience utilizing computers and office equipment such as copiers and fax machines
