    TEKsystems is looking to hire several FULLY ONSITE MAIL CLERKS for a large mortgage company out of Palm Harbor, FL! **If you are seriously interested and have good job tenure, please send your resume directly to *********************** - interviews are first come, first serve and I will be interviewing same day you send your resume to me.** Office Hours: arrive 7-9am and depart 3:30-530pm. Really COOL - start time does need to fall between 7-9am. You just need to put in our 8.5 hour day, with lunch. We have received a lot of feedback that our current consultant staff LOVES this. 2 - 15 minutes breaks, 10am, lunch 12-1230 and 2:30pm break. - Overtime? There is a possibility…YES but will depend on volumes o Training - set schedule will be there. 8-4:30pm is the first week or so. 5 days will be suffice for training but everyone learns at their own pace. o Office setting but they have a big vault in their facility. o Like a warehouse, rows of boxes of files and shelving. o Product comes in and moves out high volume and processing! o Fast paced. Paper processing o Open files, remove staples, put in order, attention to detail. o Verify info, before you move the file down the line. o VERY repetitive. STANDING and SITTING o Checking key points documents, removing staples, organizing. o Nothing too complicated. o ATTN to detail and remain STATIONARY. o Maintain the speed and accuracy. o 52 on staff currently. o These processors, they have 24-28. o They will perform work for various clients. o This work will be very similar and they will be trained. o 3-4 month time frame. They will not have to learn all of the contracts/clients. Try to keep it simple for them. o 2-4 to convert. Will depend on Q1 and how volumes look like at o Parking is plenty….restaurants are close by. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summary: This position will be responsible for receiving and processing documents and files. The Processor will reconcile the contents received to a manifest provided. Log in files and documents received, inventory the contents, and add to a box route to a Filing Clerk for further handling. All items delivered must be processed accurately and within NTC's service level agreement with our clients. The Collateral File Processor will be working with original loan files, including negotiable documents, and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the file. Essential Functions • Intake of Collateral Files - also known as security documents, are documents that secure a borrower's obligations to a lender in a secured loan transaction. • Prep documents for scanning. • Scanning and managing post scanning document processing. • Reconcile Contents in Iron Mountain. • Receive mail and reconcile shipments received to a manifest provided and inventory what has been received. • Intake and properly process Bad Addresses per contract. • Fold and stuff documents. • This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate. • Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Files are from loans from decades ago!
