Rob Fauber became President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Corporation on January 1, 2021 and was elected to the Board of Directors effective October 22, 2020. Mr. Fauber joined Moody’s in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles at Moody’s. Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He served as President of Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 to 2019 and was Head of Moody’s Investors Service’s Global Commercial Group from 2013 to 2016, overseeing relationship management, product development, and strategy for the rating agency. Mr. Fauber has also served as Head of Moody’s Corporate Development. Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in alternative investments, corporate strategy & business development, and investment banking at Citi. Mr. Fauber earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children.

Adena T. Friedman (born Adena Robinson Testa; 1969) is an American businesswoman. She currently serves as the President and CEO of Nasdaq. She was formerly the managing director and CFO of The Carlyle Group. Initially joining Nasdaq in 1993, she returned to Nasdaq from Carlyle in May 2014 as President of Global Corporate and information technology solutions. She was named the CEO of Nasdaq in January 2017, the first woman to lead a global exchange.

Robert Steers, Chief Executive Officer of Cohen & Steers, founded the firm with Martin Cohen in 1986 as the first investment advisor dedicated to real estate securities. He serves on the Advisory Committee for the International Monetary Fund’s Staff Retirement Plan. At his alma mater of Georgetown University, Mr. Steers is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate and is a member of the Endowment Investment Committee. From 1982 to 1986, he was Chief Investment Officer of National Securities and Research Corporation, where he and Mr. Cohen organized and managed the first real estate securities mutual fund in the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Steers was an analyst and portfolio manager of Citibank’s Emerging Growth Stock Fund. Mr. Steers holds a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from George Washington University. He is based in New York.

Dr. Lance Smith brings a rare combination of business and academic experience to his role as Imagine Software's CEO, with more than 25 years of direct involvement in trading and risk management practices, mathematical modeling, and system development. Before co-founding Imagine in 1993, he began his business career in 1986 as a Salomon Brothers vice president, gaining diverse business experience in mathematical modeling, proprietary trading strategies, structured products, and risk management methodologies. Dr. Smith holds a PhD in mathematics from Duke University, was awarded a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, and is a former assistant professor of mathematics at Columbia University. Dr. Smith sets Imagine's strategic direction, guides development of cutting-edge analytics, and lends his expertise to sales efforts.

Gordon B. Fowler, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Glenmede and a Director of The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. An independent and privately owned investment and wealth management firm with more than $40 billion of assets under management, Glenmede serves individuals, families, endowments, foundations and institutional investors. Mr. Fowler joined Glenmede as Chief Investment Officer, following a career with J.P. Morgan where he served in several management positions, including as Global Head of Investment Management for the Private Bank and as Head of Quantitative Equity Management for Institutional Asset Management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Fowler has been responsible for the development of numerous equity and asset allocation strategies and has authored and co-authored several pioneering articles on private client and institutional investing. Mr. Fowler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Master of Science degree from New York University Graduate School of Business. He has served on the board of numerous national and community organizations including the Curtis Institute of Music, the Princeton Theological Seminary, the Church Pension Fund, Philadelphia Futures, the Clergy Assurance Fund and St. James School. Additionally, Mr. Fowler received the Ken Heath Award, which recognizes executives who have championed the advancement of women in finance.
