The Data Center Infrastructure Operations Organization is looking for an individual with proven skills to help support our Facility Operations Center. The Facility Operations Center is responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the data center's physical infrastructure. This team ensures that the customer experience will be optimal and gratifying by way of consistency, reliability and attention to detail.
The Technical Team Lead (TTL) is responsible for ensuring that the FOC team is operating at peak efficiency. This involves the following; auditing/refining day to day processes and event response, conducting data center infrastructure training and drills, providing on-call event support, analyzing data and alarms, writing reports, and conducting assessments. The TTL serves as a FOC expert technical resource in data center critical infrastructure, operations, and controls systems for various data center designs.
The TTL will be responsible for managing small-to-medium impacting projects from conception to completion. These projects involve large amounts of independent work as well as collaboration with external support groups including engineering and automation teams.
The TTL directs, trains, and supports FOC engineers in their role of providing 24/7 monitoring and alarm notification. In support of this, building and implementation of site/equipment-specific training exercises is expected. These exercises include but are not limited to: Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), controls monitoring equipment, stand-by diesel generators, transformers, switchgear, breakers, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Air Handler Units (AHUs), chillers, cooling towers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite operations teams and be a force multiplier in the FOC. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service level agreements. Key job responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day use and operation of our data center systems monitoring platform.
Understand the scope, impact, and expected alarms of planned work at the data centers.
Operate independently with limited direct management.
Act as an escalation point for FOC engineers and participate in an on-call rotation.
Perform alarm analysis and trending during planned and unplanned activities.
Complete audits on planned and emergency work.
Provide consistent training and guidance to FOC engineers.
Refine existing processes and create new standard processes for FOC engineers and Team Leads.
Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
Routinely analyze alarms and work with partner teams to identify efficiencies and patterns.
Drive projects with moderate complexity.
Responsible for conducting drills that are region, building, or design specific and identify team/individual growth opportunities.
Establish performance benchmarks and conduct audits to drive effectiveness.
Subject matter expert for data center infrastructure.
Work outside normal business hours to support the 24/7 operation of the FOC.

About the team
The Facility Operations Center (FOC) is a singular support team which proactively monitor the life-safety systems and the infrastructure equipment alarms (e.g., chillers, temperature sensors, generators, UPSs, Catcher, switchgear, breakers, PDUs, and ATSs) that provides power and cooling to the platform on a 24x7x365 basis.
We support Data Center Engineer Operations teams who are responsible for the operation of infrastructure equipment. Our role is to ensure that critical alarms are properly Responded to, Acknowledged, Investigated, and Dispatched (RAID). Additionally, the FOC serves as a communications hub during both standard and emergency operations.

The Technical Team Lead (TTL) is responsible for ensuring that the FOC team is operating at peak efficiency. This involves the following; auditing/refining day to day processes and event response, conducting data center infrastructure training and drills, providing on-call event support, analyzing data and alarms, writing reports, and conducting assessments. The TTL serves as a FOC expert technical resource in data center critical infrastructure, operations, and controls systems for various data center designs.
The TTL will be responsible for managing small-to-medium impacting projects from conception to completion. These projects involve large amounts of independent work as well as collaboration with external support groups including engineering and automation teams.
The TTL directs, trains, and supports FOC engineers in their role of providing 24/7 monitoring and alarm notification. In support of this, building and implementation of site/equipment-specific training exercises is expected. These exercises include but are not limited to: Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), controls monitoring equipment, stand-by diesel generators, transformers, switchgear, breakers, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Air Handler Units (AHUs), chillers, cooling towers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite operations teams and be a force multiplier in the FOC. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service level agreements. Role accountabilities:
Associate Technical Director - Structures, UK
This role is strategic to the UK Rail business of Mobility, strongly focusing from "Market to Opportunities" to "Pursuit to Win" to "Deliver to Results" stages of a project.
It involves managing and supporting the pursuit of business opportunities and the successful execution of projects within the organization.
This role requires a combination of technical competencies, exposure to UK Mobility projects, strategic thinking, people and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the business landscape.
The candidate shall manage the existing team and be responsible for developing the team in terms of competency and capacity to cater to the increased project demand.
The role needs to deliver projects to the expected quality, time, budget and a possible value addition. The role requires a Chartership from the ICE or IStructE, UK.
Supporting Pursuits
Assisting the UK business in evaluating pursuit opportunities and contributing insights on capacity and capability.
Collaborating with the cross-functional and pursuits team to streamline decision-making processes for pursuing projects and ensuring a unified approach to strategic pursuits.
Providing support in preparing bid proposals to meet quality and consistency standards.
Resource Acquisition Support
* Assisting in identifying resource needs for pursuits and projects and contributing to strategic resource acquisition plans.
* Coordinating with other departments or external partners to acquire necessary resources.
Team Mentor
Ensuring the development of the team to develop and grow according to the market needs of the UK, both in terms of Capacity and Capability, thereby setting the growth targets.
Helping to identify gaps and providing guidance for developing high competencies within the team for comprehensive project reviews, forecasting and resource management.
Actively liaising with project managers and UK offices, connecting with senior leadership, developing growth roadmaps, and driving continuous improvements within the team.
Project Delivery
Managing and delivering single and multi-disciplinary projects, including Design & Build (D&B), with the understanding of various tools used in UK.
Knowledge of concept design, alternative technical concepts, detailed design and construction phase support on D&B and other projects, including requirements for structural design, BIM, CAD and quantity estimation.
Delivering projects as per business norms in terms of time, budget, cost and quality.
Ensuring effective communication and coordination between all team members.
Overseeing competence and quality through a robust Quality Management System, ensuring the timely submission of deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience on international multi-disciplinary Rail, Highway, Civil & Structural, Metro and Infrastructure projects.
Must have worked in a prior senior structural engineering role to understand and evaluate the scope of UK projects. Having work experience with UK's Network Rail is an added advantage.
Chartership with ICE or IStructE.
Proficient in written communication and capable of creating project communications.
Familiarity with UK construction industry and Arcadis' service offerings.
Strong organizational, coordination and strategic decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines and support resource acquisition initiatives.
Role modeling Arcadis Values and Principles especially Health & Safety Stewardship.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the ability to apply the Quality Management principles while delivering large-scale UK projects from the GECs.

Works closely with the court IT director to maintain high-quality support standards and oversee IT service delivery within a court environment. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership skills,technical expertise, and the ability to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
Focuses on ensuring reliability, continuity, and optimal performance of technology infrastructure used by the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court (JDRC), General District Court, Circuit Court, Office of the Sheriff, Commonwealth Attorney's Office, and other assigned entities within the County Courthouse complex. The role involves supervising IT professionals,technicalstaff, and contractors across several disciplines including server management, storage systems, PaaS/IaaS platforms, desktop support, mobile integration, infrastructure application management, helpdesk operations, and MFD fleet management.
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and senior IT engineer, overseeing system administration duties while advising customers on technology requirements and courtroom solutions. This position is critical in ensuring IT reliability for court operations, compliance with security standards, and successful coordination of technology resources across internal and external systems. Must be available 24/7 to support system implementations, emergency operations, and court-related events.
The role also includes managing projects, planning infrastructure improvements, supervising staff, addressing IT desk issues, responding to system emergencies, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and staying current with industry trends and innovations. This is a challenging position that requires strong technical knowledge, managerial capabilities, and adaptability to the unique needs of a Courthouse environment.
In addition to overseeing the Courts Helpdesk operations, the manager may also serve in a matrixed leadership capacity, providing guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to help desk personnel across other departments or business units. This includes coordinating enterprise-level support efforts, standardizing service delivery practices, and ensuring consistent user experience across all supported platforms.
