Demonstrated experience developing software using Java, Rust, C, C++, C#, or Python.

JOB OVERVIEW The Technical Director will lead and oversee the technical aspects of all theme park entertainment productions across the US and EME/APAC. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with comprehensive experience and expertise delivering world-class live entertainment experiences, operational excellence, and aligning with brand standards and guidelines. The Technical Director will lead a team of entertainment technical designers, installation and operations technicians and collaborate extensively with producers, project/production managers, show directors, vendors and clients to deliver high-quality productions and experiences that align with the creative vision and operational requirements of each property. Strategy and Leadership: Define and execute the entertainment technical strategy for entertainment productions (seasonal events, haunts, holidays, IP activations etc.) across all parks in conjunction with local park leadership and Project/Production Managers. Function as a key member of RWS Global Production leadership team which creates and produces live entertainment experiences throughout the US and EMEA.
Relationship Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate and park teams to ensure world-class technical support services to all park productions, maintain safety & risk management practices, and leverage shared services (HR, Finance, Legal) to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed technical production schedules, timelines, and workflows for various projects, ensuring all elements are planned, organized, and executed on time and within scope.

In this role, the Group Lead Technical Services will be responsible to lead the maintenance team responsible for the training equipment preventive and corrective maintenance at customer site. The incumbent will be responsible to meet “Performance Based Accountability” Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are directly related to CAE revenues and profits for this contract.
The role we are offering you:
Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to achieve required availability and reliability KPI on flight training devices and other training equipment/facilities.
Supervise a dynamic team of technicalstaff that must meet the set KPIs.
Create work schedules, ensuring that an adequate roster is available at all times to cover contracted training availability window.
Provide staff guidance and leadership to ensure that equipment remains at peak performance to support internal and external customers.
Identify and track recurring and potential system problems and confer with technical experts and colleagues to formulate plans to solve problems.
Recommend and develop new procedures for testing, maintenance and repair.
Ensure that all technical information in the organization is disseminated to subordinates.
Liaise with co-workers to share new ideas and lessons learned.
Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing staff to help them achieve their objectives.
Prepare and do performance reviews.
Our ideal candidate has:
Associate's degree or college degree in job-related field.
Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Thorough understanding of aircraft terminology or simulation devices.
Able to interpret schematics and other technical documents pertaining to simulators and aviation.
Superior troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of operating electronic testing equipment and advanced software diagnostic utilities.
Fluency in English
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in basic troubleshooting to system level on multiple types of simulators
Experienced in the use and interpretation of diagnostics available on multiple types of simulators
Above basic skills in the operation of test equipment
Above basic skills in soldering and circuit board repair
Basic knowledge of PCs and MS-Office tools and suite
Highly motivated in customer support and attention to detail
Physical Effort:
The physical or muscular exertion required for prolonged standing, walking, and lifting or moving objects (weighing as much as 50lbs) and the resulting fatigue brought about by these activities
Work in sustained sitting, standing, stooping, and squatting positions. Also climbing on ladders and equipment to heights 25 to 30 feet above the floor. Ability to safely move and work on equipment in confined spaces for reasonable periods.
The physical dexterity required in performing tasks requiring hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Have the manual dexterity, knowledge, and experience necessary to work safely and effectively with various hand tools.
Ability to always maintain situational awareness and work safely on and around complex machinery, that is characterized by sudden, and at times violent movement in all 3 axes.
Ability to work safely in cool interior conditions (temps between 55- and 65-degrees Fahrenheit)

The Technical Director is responsible for the management, maintenance, and strategic oversight of all Audio, Visual, Lighting (AVL), and core technical systems across Calvary Christian Center and its campuses. This role ensures excellence, consistency, and reliability in the effective execution of weekend services, events, and ministry environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AVL Systems Management & Maintenance
Manage, service, maintain, and document all audio, video, and lighting equipment across all campuses.
Create and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
Maintain AVL inventory and documentation.
Coordinate installation, upgrades, and replacements.
Standardize systems and labeling where possible.
Services, Events, & Broadcast Support
Oversee technical execution for weekend services.
Oversee technical setup and execution for all Calvary events in all venues.
Manage front-of-house audio and assist with broadcast when necessary.
Partner with Worship and Creative teams for service quality.
Support livestream and broadcast infrastructure.
Provide hands-on leadership during services and events.
Multi-Campus Technical Oversight
Implement consistent technical standards across campuses.
Train and support campus-based teams.
Travel as needed to support maintenance, repairs, launches and upgrades.
Build scalable systems for future growth.
Volunteer Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and schedule AVL volunteers.
Create and manage SOPs and training documentation.

IT Support (Backup & Emergency)
Provide backup and emergency IT support.
Troubleshoot service-critical systems.
Coordinate with vendors as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
35+ years of experience in church production or live events.
Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and video systems.
