As a Principal (Senior) Software Engineer in Linux OS Engineering , you'll be responsible for delivering Linux solutions on our Industrial Client Product Portfolio (Desktop, Notebook, Workstation and so on). This is a new and exciting position for an Architect kind of role within Dell's Client Platform Software Engineering organization, and it is focused on the Linux Operating Systems. This Engineer will be responsible for advanced engineering in the development of technologies for modern client solutions shipped with new client products. Also, the role serves as the lead strategist for a technology or a collection of technologies that together form a complete solution.
