Richard K. Lewis is a Chief Risk Officer at Mosaic and is based in Orinda, California. He has worked as President & CEO at Vouch, Consultant at Promontory Financial Group, and Chief Risk Officer at Upgrade Inc.. Richard studied at University of California Berkeley between 1981 and 1985 and University of California Berkeley between 1987 and 1989.

She has more than 25 years of experience, including senior leadership positions with high-growth fintech and payment systems. Melissa is experienced in raising capital, building partnerships and financial management for public companies.

Morey leads all aspects of Mosaic’s financial reporting and technical accounting functions. He has more than 15 years’ experience and brings a depth of expertise in accounting, consumer lending and capital markets. Prior to Mosaic, Morey held leadership roles at American Express, Goldman Sachs and EY.

Nagaraju is a technology and product executive with over 20 years of experience in innovation, architecture, product delivery, and operations. He is an entrepreneurial technology leader and most recently led growth and transformation of market leading products at Intuit and Clarivate Analytics (formerly part of Thomson Reuters). He has delivered successful outcomes for startups, private equity, and large public companies by creating technology vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

For the last 20 years, Patrick has grown and managed industry-leading consumer lending businesses, including Capital One and Toyota Financial Services. In each of his three prior COO positions, he launched and scaled successful point of purchase financing businesses, most recently in the home improvement channel.

Richard has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate treasury and capital markets arenas, including executive funding and liquidity roles for Ally Financial and Capital One. He has experience in capital markets, derivatives, asset liability management, cash management and treasury systems, and has managed funding programs across 15 countries. Richard also led the Structured Finance Association for five years and has served on multiple U.S. federal and international regulatory committees.
