The IT Administrator ensures the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. The person in this role is responsible for managing the company's IT resources, including hardware, software, insurance-specific applications, and network systems, all while supporting the team in resolving IT issues efficiently and effectively. The IT Administrator will determine best practices, conduct audits, and make recommendations for the organization. Duties/Responsibilities Manage and support the IT Support team, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT issues. Oversee the maintenance and administration of IT resources, including hardware, software, insurance specific software, and network infrastructure. Design, develop, modify, adapt and implement short- and long-term solutions to execute and achieve the vision for area(s) of responsibility focused on continuous improvement.
