Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate recruiting or fast-paced sales environment. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding best practices. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; experience with Paycom is preferred.
