Position Brand Description: The Supervisor of Solvent Recovery Operations is directly responsible for managing the operations for their respective area and shift. The Supervisor will be responsible for solvent recovery systems, associated supply and waste tanks, and air emissions systems. The Supervisor is the management representative on shift. The role is responsible for the supervision of operators involved in the direct execution of operations (per SOPs and operational execution instructions) in order to safely and compliantly support the manufacturing of high-quality medicine. The Supervisor provides leadership and ensures that appropriate staffing is in place. The role will ensure equipment is maintained in a state of compliance and processes in a validated state for their respective area and shift. In the project delivery phase and startup phase of the project (startup expected 2026 to 2028), leadership roles will be fluid and dynamic as we endeavor to support the project delivery, build a new organization, develop and implement the necessary systems and business processes required to support GMP operations, and build the site culture. Position Summary: The Operational Supervisor will work to establish long-term relationships with school districts and principals which will ease the relationship strain on the SBBHL, will assist with trust in services being provided, and will help in the Needs Assessment and School Climate components of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). This position will also spend time recruiting and retaining high quality staff and assisting SBBHL Program Director with administrative tasks and evaluations. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Position Responsibilities: The Operational Supervisor shall work with the SBBHL program to ensure each program's continuing compliance with the SBBHL program and contract obligations. Represents the SBBHL program to new and prospective districts and/or schools and to promote cooperation and coordination between districts, schools, families, and community mental health service providers and works in conjunction with the SBBHL TA. Assists in hiring, including interviewing prospective employees as requested and in conjunction with the hiring team and partnering schools. Identifying and recommending to the hiring team appropriate resources and materials to be used in the implementation of the program. Assess the performance of each liaison through interviews of principals and teachers, observations of activities, review of records, and conduction of satisfaction surveys as evidenced by at least (1) site visit at each partnering school where a SBBHL is providing services. Provides feedback and recommendations to hiring agency and the State regarding each SBBHL(s) performance, budget concerns, and computer and database maintenance. Develops working relationships with each assigned school's Coordinated School Health representative and each area's TN Dept of Homeland Security and Safety, Homeland Security agent as evidenced by monthly communication to assess the needs and safety of each partnering school. Ensure ongoing collaboration among the agency's program manager, school leadership, and school district leadership for the purpose of identification of operational needs and opportunities (e.g. meetings with new hire liaisons). Assists in training and supporting staff in curriculum development and implementation, in development and implementation of appropriate and approved climate enhancement activities, guidelines and policies of program, MTSS framework, identification of appropriate resources, and in the use of the REDCap developed for the SBBHL programs to ensure accuracy and consistency of data reported. Coordinates and assists the State in regular monitoring of the program and then works closely with each CMHO and each SBBHL to correct deficiencies. Facilitates at least 1x monthly meetings with agency SBBHLs individually or more as warranted. Provide administrative and leadership support to SBBHL Program Director Assist w/ running monthly meetings w/ all SBBHL within their assigned county Meet with Care Management teams to build engagement and understanding of the SBBHL program. Provide new employee training and mentoring to new School Based Behavioral Health Liaisons. Provide documentation review to ensure all documentation standards are followed and support medical necessity. Be available for back up whenever Program Manager is unavailable. Other duties as assigned. Position Brand Description: The Supervisor Manufacturing Operations is directly responsible for managing the manufacturing operations for their respective area and shift. The Supervisor Manufacturing Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management of production activity in the assigned area in order to meet all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The Supervisor Manufacturing Operations role is the management representative for one shift in one of the following manufacturing areas: Peptides purification and synthesis, Oligonucleotides or Small Molecules. The role is responsible for the supervision of operators involved in the direct execution of manufacturing operations (per SOPs and operational execution instructions) in order to safely and compliantly support the manufacturing of high-quality medicine to meet production schedules. The Supervisor Manufacturing Operations provides leadership and ensures that appropriate staffing is in place. The role will ensure equipment is maintained in a state of compliance and processes in a validated state for their respective area and shift. In the project delivery phase and startup phase of the project (startup expected 2025 to 2027), leadership roles will be fluid and dynamic as we endeavor to support the project delivery, build a new organization, develop and implement the necessary systems and business processes required to support GMP operations, and build the site culture. This will require significant collaboration, creativity and resilience as the site grows to a full scale GMP manufacturing through start up. Responsibilities: Daily Operations/Business Management: * Build and promote a strong Safety and Quality culture. Maintain a safe working environment and conduct operations activities in a manner that protects safety, environment and quality. * Ensure operations maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times. * Ensure manufacturing area appropriately supports the execution of the production plan for the site. * Ensure consistency of operations on designated shift through active engagement on the floor. * Ensure audit action items assigned to operations are completed in a timely manner. * Set objectives and development plans for operators. Respond to employee relations issues with operators on shift and escalate to management where necessary. * Manage events as required, ensuring appropriate communication within the team and with external teams.
