Takes corrective actions to maximize collections by ensuring accurate billing and coding practices. Ensures payer contracts, appeal guidelines and payer regulations are followed KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzing payment data: Reviews payment variances to identify trends and patterns in underpayments or overpayments from payers. Payer contract review: Understands and interprets payer contracts and their reimbursement methodology utilized in healthcare payments to ensure accurate billing practices and identify potential reimbursement issues based on fee schedules, payer policies and coding guidelines. Root cause analysis: Investigates the reasons behind payment variances. Evaluate and identify insurance payment variances from zero payments, full denials, and line-item denials, and determine root cause of underpayments. Take necessary actions to recover insurance underpayments due to payer downcoding, incorrect coding, billing errors, system glitches, or payer policy changes. Appeals management: Initiates appeals for payment variances. Contacts payer, gather and compare pricing information via EOBs, contracts, payor policies, patient benefits to effectively initiate appeals. Collaborate with payer representatives and LifeBridge Health's Managed Care department to resolve billing disputes and recoup underpayments .Reporting and communication: Generate comprehensive reports on payment variance trends, identify areas of improvement and communicate findings to leadership. Process improvement initiatives: Works closely with each department responsible for root causes to assist in preventing underpayments. Role Overview: This role would be part of a team that is charged with assessing the effectiveness of a suite of technical intelligence collections and analysis programs to satisfy some of the nation's most threatening and intelligent priorities. They will assist with writing final deliverable products for submissions to groups like Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), as well as assistance with organization of multiple working groups, data calls and intelligence. The Technical Intelligence Operations Analyst serves as a bridge between technical systems and intelligence operations. They analyze data, systems, and threats to support decision-making in defense, cybersecurity, or intelligence missions and is a specialized role that blends intelligence analysis with technical expertise to support national security, defense, or cybersecurity operations. Key Responsibilities: Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT): Conduct research and analysis using publicly available data to support strategic and operational objectives. Cyber and Information Operations Support: Provide intelligence for cyberspace operations, including threat assessments and adversary capabilities. Policy and Strategy Development: Assist in shaping intelligence community policies, foreign partner agreements, and operational doctrine. Data Analysis & Reporting: Assemble and interpret complex datasets, prepare briefings, and support executive-level decision-making. Cross-Agency Collaboration: Work with DoD, Intelligence Community, and interagency partners to coordinate intelligence efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with intelligence tools and platforms. Experience in technical domains such as cybersecurity, IT systems, or data analytics. Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic environments. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience with any of the following systems: (DCGS-A), (TITAN), (AIDP), Next Gen (JTT-NG) or Geospatial Intelligence Modernization Tools: Used for mapping, terrain analysis, and location-based intelligence. Experience and/or familiarity with Cloud & Cyber Platforms such as (IL5) Cloud Systems, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Splunk & Open Telemetry etc… Experience and /or familiarity with Security & Threat Detection Tools such as C5ISR Solutions (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), (DLP) Tools, Intrusion Detection & Continuous Monitoring Systems. Experience and/or familiarity with Analytics & Intelligence Applications such as Intelligence Applications Suite: Custom-built or commercial tools for data fusion, pattern recognition, and predictive analysis or Special Operations App Development Platforms: Tailored tools for mission-specific intelligence support. Requirements: Must be a US citizen. BS in engineering, science or technical degree and 10 or more years of relevant experience. Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Knowledge and experience in the application and adaptation of Commercial-Off- the-Shelf (COTS) products to meet government system and CONOP requirements. Experience drafting technical documents. Exceptional multitasking and communication skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to manage time and resources. Successful background and drug screening check. Preferred Requirements: MS in engineering or science or technical degree and 8 or more years of relevant experience. Experience with the IC capability requirements process. Previous experience working with the DIA. Previous military intelligence experience.
