A DAY IN THE LIFE
Perform troubleshooting of user issues for Legal application involving external resources
Lead enhancements on Legal applications ranging from out of the box to custom developed in an evolving and growing environment. SDLC experience
Complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements, including basic maintenance of imports and integrations between products
Analyze, extract and translate business requirements into technical requirements
Effectively test changes and enhancements to deliver the best possible solution
Accurately document requirements and solutions so that it can be communicated to development resources
Identify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend permanent solutions
Create training guides and documentation for a wide range of audiences
Conduct trainings (classroom, 1 on 1, webinar, recorded) for end users
Identify break/fix incidents versus enhancement requests, work well with other cross functional teams to resolve any break/fix incidents
Legal systems data familiarity to support AdHoc data requests and BI reporting
Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business users
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field.
5-7 years of experience in an application support role.
Ability to quickly grasp applications purpose and understanding of its process.
Some combination of experience with Legal applications/processes (CounselLink preferably) and/or Construction industry knowledge,
General understanding of SQL and relational databases preferred and ability to navigate SQL Database for Adhoc data requests
Knowledge of business operations; construction industry experience considered a plus.
Self-motivated individual who can find innovative ways to solve recurring problems.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to decipher, and present technical information to a non-technical audience and its impact
Strong interpersonal skills and perform high level customer service.
Thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment.

Job Description
COMPLIANCE INTERN
Kennedy Capital Management LLC is a St. Louis-based, boutique investment firm with more than 40 years of experience in the small- and mid-cap domestic equity markets. We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst Intern to support our compliance function through data-driven analysis, recurring operational tasks, and daily compliance monitoring.
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Intern will assist with a variety of compliance-related tasks and projects including client guideline testing, trade surveillance, regulatory support and testing of the firm's compliance policies and procedures. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the office during the 2026 spring semester.
Essential Functions:
Build, maintain, and enhance advanced Excel spreadsheets used for compliance monitoring and reporting.
Perform data analysis, testing, and reconciliation related to client guidelines, trading activity, and compliance controls.
Assist with daily trade surveillance and exception review; support testing of policies.
Complete recurring compliance tasks; prepare reports and document for internal review.
Scan, organize, and maintain compliance records and documentation; provide general administrative and project support to the Compliance team as needed.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Enrolled in college pursuing a business-oriented major, sophomore year or beyond in good academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher).
Strong interest in investments, financial markets, or compliance / regulation.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy; strong written and verbal communications skills.
Strong Excel proficiency is required, including frequent use of formulas and functions such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF(S), IFERROR, data sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, and ability to work with large datasets.
Willingness to work 20 hours per week in our St. Louis office with some flexibility.
