Position Summary:
The Senior Managing Trade Consultant is an integral member of the Mohawk Global Trade Advisory team (MGTA), a group of subject-matter experts who constitute the consultative arm of Mohawk's international trade business. Coordinates and maintains concurrent documentation of case progression in EMR for all processed tissue/eye donor cases.
Resolves communication issues and/or notifies appropriate staff.
Maintains an acceptable authorization rate.

Promotes effective communication between shifts.
