Job Description
Wilshire seeks a Data Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial data across the Finance systems. This role involves managing data flows, performing reconciliations, supporting system enhancements, and providing actionable insights. The Data Analyst will also be the administrator for critical finance systems including NetSuite, a proprietary data mart, a vendor and contract management system and Concur expense and travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management & Integrity
* Maintain and validate financial data in finance systems (e.g., Power BI/Datamart, Netsuite).
* Perform regular data quality checks and reconciliations between source systems and reporting tools.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
* System Maintenance & Support
* Monitor data integrations between finance systems and upstream/downstream applications.
* Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with IT/vendors/Finance for resolution.
* Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience with finance systems (ERP, EPM tools like Netsuite, Concur).

Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $85,000.00/Yr. - USD $115,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer
