Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Possess an understanding of the current market and make quick decisions placing orders, price protection, etc. with mills.
Process and check detail shop drawings.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Summary
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is a highly analytical, commercially impactful role at LiftOne responsible for optimizing supplier partnerships and driving long-term enterprise value. * Strategic Sourcing & TCO Analysis
* Develop and deliver measurable direct procurement sourcing strategy targets grounded in total cost of ownership (e.g., price, logistics, payment terms, quality, service, risk, and lifecycle cost) for materials handling categories that include Tires & Tire Service; Motive Power (Batteries & Chargers); OEM Aftermarket Parts; Specialty Attachments; and MRO & Consumables.
* Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including gathering requirements and benchmarking analysis, RFx procedures, vendor performance evaluations, and sourcing/contract awards.
* Identify and implement value-based opportunities for vendor consolidations where gainful and define stratification logic to optimize vendor allocations to drive economies of scale across 21 network locations.
* Vendor Performance & Compliance
* Lead development of center-led procurement vendor performance scorecard tool to support cadenced QBRs and to measure KPIs, including but not limited to: OTIF, OTD, qualitative controls, cost competitiveness, and SAP Auto-PO adoption rates.

Job Description
The Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement Spend is responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services that do not directly contribute to the production of our end products. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and compliance with company policies. This person must develop procurement strategies, analyze spending trends, and ensure the procurement process aligns with the organizational goals. The Senior Manager will also work on transitioning the subcontractor recruiting and onboarding processes to their team. What You'll Do:
Strategic Sourcing- Developing sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals. This includes evaluating supplier markets, consolidating purchases, and ensuring value through long-term partnerships to achieve cost savings and value.
Spend Analysis and Cost Control- Using data analytics and procurement management software to identify spending trends, reduce inefficiencies, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.

Contract Negotiation- Negotiating favorable terms and conditions for contracts including volume discounts, early payment benefits, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Policy Enforcement and Compliance- Implementing company-wide procurement policies, educating staff on compliance protocols, and monitoring for unauthorized spend.
Process Automation and Efficiency- Deploying eProcurement and automation tools to streamline indirect purchasing processes and reduce approval cycle times.
Oversee the 1099 subcontractor support team which includes: optimizing the forecasting process, facilitating the onboarding process, setting up contracts (with legal), and ensuring all 1099 suppliers are compliant with state, federal, and company policies before beginning subcontracted work with Renuity. This includes the oversight of a 4-person team of procurement specialists who are experienced in sourcing and onboarding 1099 contractors.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Economics
7+ years of managing indirect spend, procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and finance systems
CPSM, APICS, CPM, CPIM, or ISM certifications are desired but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while supporting the COO, finance, and the divisions
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
