Job Summary

Responsibilities
Drive the technical development of AI-based healthcare products and guide the sales/marketing efforts to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the strategic direction for AI-based data clinical products for HiLabs.
Formulate strategies to leverage AI technologies for cleaning healthcare data and extracting insights to improve the quality of care for health insurance members.
Lead & coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to develop features for clinical products.
Define project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, & facilitate collaboration among team members.
Requirements
Master's in business administration, Information Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field and 6 months of experience in advanced data analytics (using Excel and Python).
Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. Experience must include 6 months in each of the following: SQL; PowerPoint; Visio; Asana; Financial analysis; and Power BI.
Position is based out of our HQ in Bethesda, MD 20814. Min. Rate of Pay: $223,912.00/year.

About the Role
