Boeing's Chief Aerospace Safety Office (CASO) is looking for an Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Safety & Airworthiness Knowledge & Proficiency Analyst to join our team.

Primary responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of learning solutions for Safety & Airworthiness leaders, engineers, and specialists within the Safety & Airworthiness University
Create, collaborate, and facilitate organizational learning strategies for the Safety & Airworthiness University across the existing colleges
Collaborate and align with other engineering colleges and universities across the enterprise with specific focus on supporting the Colleges within the Safety and Airworthiness University and CASO organization
Participate in and assist in facilitating University Community of Practice Alliance
Support content curation and development of learning experiences in various formats, including web-based, instructor-led, virtual, video, Degreed pathways, and micro-learning
Foster a culture of learning, implement measure of effectiveness, and support complex learning initiatives and projects
Utilize a range of tools and platforms such as Storyline, Adobe Premier, Getty Images, Microsoft Office, company learning management systems, and Degreed
Collaborate with technical experts to support the development of informative and relevant learning solutions
Assess learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to address organization-wide training requirements
Ensure learning solutions align with organizational and functional strategy and add value to existing content
Enable agile work environments through team collaboration, sprints, and iterations, focusing on tangible and metrics-driven business and user outcomes
Assist in development of competency and proficiency measures supporting increased proficiency across the organization and function
Ensure alignment between knowledge management, technical development, and skill management efforts
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Bachelor or higher from an accredited university
Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience working in the field of Learning and Development or Knowledge Management with specific knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
Experience within learning and development and/ or employee development and training
3+ years of experience supporting the development or maintenance of E-Learning
Experience in a role that required excellent communication, project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
Experience with and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of experience working within Learning Management System (LMS) and Instructional Design tools in learning environments
Experience in building strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
2+ years of experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to large audiences
Ability to travel up to 20% of work time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

How you'll make an impact
Acting as an onsite safety liaison with primary focus in construction and fire safety, incumbent(s) will conduct job site inspections to monitor conformance with constructions and fire safety standards and coordinate with the project management team to help improve safety on the jobsite. Inspects site to determine if conditions meet the required Federal, state and local standards and documents any unsafe conditions. About this Role
North Houston Pole Line is seeking dedicated Safety Representatives to join our team who has experience in the utility construction space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures related to overhead and underground electrical distribution. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety excellence.
What You'll Do
* Inspecting and Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of overhead and underground electrical distribution to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to evaluate potential hazards associated with overhead and underground electrical distribution activities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
* Training and Education: Provide training and education to employees and contractors on safety protocols, procedures, and best practices for working with distribution systems.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant safety regulations and standards pertaining to power distribution systems and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training activities, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
What You'll Bring
* 8+ years as a lineman is required
* Attention to detail is paramount
* Associates or Bachelors degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related, preferred
* Safety Licenses/Certifications preferred
* CIH, CSP, CUSP, OSHT, CHS
* Value a team environment and understanding supporting other individuals and teams
* Must be residing in the Houston Metro or willing to relocate to Houston
* Ability to travel 5% outside of the Houston metro

To be considered for the Safety Coordinator position, the following conditions must be met:
OSHA 30 - required!
Minimum 6+ months safety experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize work and deliveries.
Previous computer experience required.
Must have Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Lock Out Training experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and math aptitude
Must be detail oriented, organized, and have problem-solving and reasoning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communications
Utilizes strong time management and organizational skills to successfully multi-task
Maintain business poise and professionalism under stressful situations
Bilingual English/Spanish Required.

Requires 50/50 office and warehouse/shop environment with controlled and noncontrolled climate.
Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment.
Some duties may involve being in a plant environment where noise levels can be moderate to high and be subject to the same general climate conditions of the region (heat, cold, humidity, etc.).
Chemicals, materials, dust, pollen and other typical airborne particulate matter are present within the atmosphere of the production floors and may create some odors in the plant.
