BASIC COMPETENCIES Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years' experience in maintenance, food service and/or purchasing. Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Must have a minimum of 1-year previous, professional experience as a supervisor. A valid driver's license and driving record that is acceptable and meets requirements of the agency's insurance carrier. Must meet the State's Moral Character standard.
