Confirm and dispatch leads - make sure appointments are confirmed with customers, assigned to the right HCA, and all parties are aligned. Own the entire lead pipeline - track, nurture, and follow up on leads from start to close. You'll make sure they're correctly coded in the CRM, confirmed, and closed out properly. Mine our existing database (Happy Checks, Modernize, Costco, past tune-ups, unsold quotes, etc.) to uncover fresh opportunities daily. Coordinate with management on daily/weekly sales targets, lead distribution, and marketing opportunities. Generate and deliver daily reports on lead activity and results. Cross-train our CCRs to manage these duties after hours and on weekends. Set leads using approved scripting. Confirm all lead appointments and ensure HCAs are scheduled and on track. Make outbound calls from Modernize, Costco, tune-ups, and service visits to generate more leads. Track and report all lead activity daily.
