Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Representative with a proven background in B2B or commercial construction sales. This role is designed for a self-directed professional who understands how to build long-term customer relationships and consistently produce revenue.

We're looking for an experienced sales consultant with expertise in weddings and events. This proven salesperson would be responsible for quoting, inspiring, and booking beautiful wedding decor for clients with our production team. The position is based in our Detroit studio with 1-2 days/week remote flexibility on weekdays and peak season wedding work on weekends. Compensation (salary + commissions and bonus) commensurate with experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Quoting, consulting, and selling floral to brides, grooms, & planners.
Create, edit and own your client's wedding proposal, recipe curate, and production notes
Venue communication and walkthroughs.
Timely and efficient communication with clients.
Management of client pipeline in company CRM & recipe software.
Assistance with in-studio floral design, marketing events, & installations.
Conducting outside sales by networking, floral drops and industry collaborations
Maintain and surpass quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in wedding/event sales with natural affinity for design.
Large local venue or planner network, with strong contacts in the industry.
People-person with excellent communication skills & positive demeanor.
Comfortable in a team-based, collaborative environment.
Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, and industry trends.
Ability to work peak season weekends & key floral holidays.
Ability to conduct urgency with orders and bookings.
Shared aesthetic preferences & values with Flowers for Dreams brand.
