Position Summary
The SalesforceAdministrator plays a critical role in supporting our SaaS organization by enabling business users and cross-functional teams through proactive support, training, and system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and strategic scalability. This position partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to optimize Salesforce capabilities and ensure alignment with the fast-evolving needs of a SaaS business. As a key contributor to organizational effectiveness, the role manages and customizes core Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities. It also maintains data integrity, streamlines processes, and supports release cycles. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, solutions-oriented professional with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex logic challenges in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver daily end-user support, training, and proactive guidance to enhance Salesforce knowledge and adoption across teams.
Troubleshoot system issues, build reports, optimize business processes, and maintain documentation and customizations.
Partner with leadership to analyze business needs, define technical specifications, and configure systems to support custom applications and optimized processes.
Manage project deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and research Salesforce solutions-including native features and managed packages-to meet strategic goals.
Administer and customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge and Community Applications), manage user access, automate business processes (utilizing flow), and deliver advanced reporting and dashboard support.
Lead Salesforce CPQ initiatives by configuring and optimizing Contracts, Quotes, Orders, Products, Pricing, and related objects, applying best practices to meet evolving business requirements
Data management including imports, cleansing, deduplication, and optimization, while enhancing Salesforce functionality and integrating it with internal and external systems.
On rare occasion domestic travel may be required to attend team onsite meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Product Information Management (PIM) Administrator is to perform strategies for gathering, generating, and managing product data within DiversiTech's PIM to supports MDM and Product Management within the organization. This individual will serve as a proficient PIM Power User, ensuring the accuracy of the company's central product data system. The Administrator will enhance data integrity by overseeing data governance, change management, data ownership, workflows, and quality assurance.
Essential Duties
Creates, reviews, and approves product master change requests to ensure data attributes are accurate.
Manages data requests to support of business processes, new product sales initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.
Drives excellence and continuous improvement in data quality by facilitating cleansing and implementing best practices for data construction.
Contributes to developing PIM data collection templates.
Collaborates with teams to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements to align with PIM data.
Identifies opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and enhancing data quality.
Oversees daily operations to uphold PIM platform's integrity and refine processes and workflows.
Collaborates with various stakeholders, product owners, digital asset managers, brand and marketing managers to meet business needs and create suitable models for product publication, catalogs, and channels.
Adheres to company policies and procedures, understands data governance principles, and the controlled distribution of data points.

Required
Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field, or a combination of education and experience
1 - 2 years of experience in PIM such as StiboSystems, Informatica, Salsify, Catsy, etc.
Exceptional proficiency in utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and other data analytical tools
Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in an efficient manner

About this Position
The IT Voice Engineer position will assist with supporting our current Unified Communications Platform, supporting our end users and maintaining all related documentation. + Analyze sales data from Vendsys software systems to identify high and low-selling products for each individual account and locations.
+ Pull inventory reports/data daily to review pricing, sales, availability, etc.
+ Process and communicate removal of low-selling product, addition of high-selling product and/or making room for new product introduction accordingly through Vendsys.
+ Assist with setting planograms to reduce waste and increase sales.
+ Communicate all changes to direct supervisor as well as other leadership roles impacted by changes of planograms/pricing/data reports.
+ Loading up goodies like soft drinks, coffee, snacks and fresh food for delivery to our awesome customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior inventory/planogram experience.
+ Willingness to travel when needed.
+ Proficiency in using inventory system and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various managers.
+ High level of organization and attention to detail.
General Requirements:
+ Must be at least 21 years old (DOT) and have a valid driver's license.
+ Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
+ Must be able to consent to a drug screen.

Jack Henry SilverLake Core System Administration
Administer and maintain the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking system, ensuring system performance, availability, and stability.
Oversee upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with Jack Henry support and internal IT teams.
Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate with vendors as necessary.
Manage parameter changes, system configurations, and application interfaces (ATM, mobile, internet banking, loan origination, etc.).
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
User Access Management & Active Directory
Administer user accounts, security groups, and access privileges in Active Directory and SilverLake.
Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Regularly review and audit access rights to ensure proper segregation of duties.
Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce identity management best practices.
Support access control for ancillary banking systems integrated with the core.
Compliance & Security
Ensure compliance with FFIEC, GLBA, and other applicable banking regulations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required system access reports and documentation.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response efforts.
Implement and monitor security policies related to core system access and Active Directory.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related experience plus 3+ years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates would also have 3+ years of Microsoft Active Directory administration and user access management; knowledge of IT security best practices, strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff, experience with IT audits, and security assessments is a plus.

About this PositionThe IT Voice Engineer position will assist with supporting our current Unified Communications Platform, supporting our end users and maintaining all related documentation.
