Work in conjunction with Data Analyst to report and analyze Digital Banking performance, data, and statistics.
Manage third party member-facing digital system integrations.
Work with business lines to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to member-facing digital systems.
Recommend digital system features and functionality that are aligned with the organizations strategic goals and direction.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination

We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our Americas Support Team. This is a highly technical customer-facing position that goes beyond what is typically expected in an entry-level support role. You will provide support for multiple Featurespace products, including ARIC, deployed across both cloud and on-premises infrastructures. Your work will help ensure mission-critical systems remain reliable, high-performing, and secure, protecting millions of payment transactions from fraud every day.
Starting on a fast-track learning program, you will quickly develop your knowledge and skills in all areas of our products to facilitate getting involved with supporting customer deployments after installation, technical diagnosis of issues, helping to shape processes and building tools to speed up our internal work.
You will be part of the team who is responsible for providing our customers with a world-class service and technical support through all communication channels and touchpoints.
You will act as the single point of contact for our post-deployment customers, engineers and QA to achieve positive and creative outcomes to their support requests.
Responsibilities:

Act as a primary technical contact for customers in the Americas after deployment.

Investigate and resolve Linux-based system problems using shell tools and scripts.

Maintain suitable deployment-specific support documentation.
Deliver quality by planning and being organized.
Work on projects as required

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

* Designs and delivers and clearly articulates technical solutions utilizing one or more application platforms that meet both needs of the business while ensuring compliance to our established processes (e.g. change control, SDLC, etc.).
* Manages the administration, support and training for one or more application.
* Provides ongoing communications and training for one or more application.
* Executes rollout/release plans for both new applications and upgrades to existing applications.
* Ensures that the applications and configurations comply with company security policies.
* Collaborates with cross-organizational teams and departments to implement/improve application adoption and utilization across the business.
* Builds new integrations/connectors for one or more applications, e.g. data feeds, data loads, etc.
* Participates in On-Call duties as needed to support their assigned applications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Maintaining fluency with, Salesforce query, and Salesforce Search language (SOQL and SOSL).
* The Salesforce Admin will support the senior Salesforce Developers and Business Analyst as needed.
* Developing and configuring solutions using Salesforce functionality/Lightning Components (AURA and LWC), APEX, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, and SOSL, etc.
* Well-experienced with usage of Salesforce APIs (bulk API, Metadata API), Web Services (SOAP, REST), AppExchange and 3rd party installations, configurations, and integrations.
* Reviewing and providing feedback on technical implementations and documents and ensures that Salesforce best-practices and standards are followed.
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation including process documentation, naming, and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures.
* Participating in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment.
* Assisting in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or Business Administration field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required
* A minimum of 2 years' work experience as an application administrator or similar role
* 1 or more platform certification (i.e. Certified SalesforceAdministrator, Workday HCM or Finance Certification, Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator, etc.
* MSCA, MSCD, CAP, or other similar certifications desirable
* Experience with the Agile/Scrum development methodology
