Your key responsibilities
Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.

Support the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS‑Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.

Lead in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness. Provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go‑live.

Deep functional expertise in Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO).
At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs. Ability to bridge the gap between functional and technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead for multiple end-to-end implementations.
End-to-end implementation: Exposure to at least one full cycle implementation.
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
