Management doesn’t support the staff, administration pretends they care but ultimately provides little support as well.

Better than the last ceo, younger more accepting of current climate but puts trust in other admin that caused many problems with previous regime.
Get rid of holdovers from prior administration, start supporting the staff and come up with real solutions to issues they face.
