RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Be a citizen of the United States of America.
Be at least 21 years of age. While there is no maximum age limit for RSA positions, all applicants shall be able to withstand the physical demands of the job and be capable of responding to emergency situations.
Be a high school graduate or have a General Educational Development (GED), or equivalency.
Be able to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyeglass wear) state driver's license.
Possess one of the following qualifications:
a minimum of three years of military experience, or;
a minimum of one year of sworn law enforcement or armed contract security guard experience providing services similar to this contract requirement

Prepares company personnel for visits requiring access to DoD classified and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities or data
Lead insider threat program activities related to cleared staff.
Drives the development and implementation of program security plans for classified proposals and contracts.
Performs administrative tasks in support of reporting on the efficacy of the FOCI mitigation instrument's policies and procedures to senior leadership and the GSC
Act as a liaison between government customers and the company, when necessary
Establish Plans of Action & Milestones (“POAMs”) related to identified risks to facilities, processes, procedures, and technical platforms and drive them to resolution
YOUR PROFILE :
Must have a Bachelors' Degree, with at least three (3) years of applicable experience in security clearances, government security protocols and related subjects; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Must have a well-developed knowledge and understanding of United States government rules and regulations related to security and classified information, especially the directives and guidelines of the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community
Must have a strong understanding of the requirements necessary to safeguard classified information
Must have expertise at using NBIS, DISS, and NISS to support personnel and facility security clearances.
Must have a good knowledge of how to operate secure telephone equipment, secure fax machines, and classified computer systems
Must have extensive experience supplying cybersecurity sustainment support for classified environments
Must have working knowledge of Windows-based platforms, with a clear understanding of how to configure these platforms in a domain environment based on mandated security guidelines

Responsibilities
Control access to facilities by monitoring sure equipment, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring all personnel entering the base have the proper identification.
Respond to situations on base using the appropriate escalation of force level up to and including armed by following established Use of Force Policy.
Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents that may occur during day or night.
Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
Maintains proficiency and safety in the use of all assigned equipment, control devices, and weapon system.
Qualifications
Minimum of 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED
Qualified candidates must possess at least 6-months experience in either Law Enforcement,
Security, or the United States Armed Forces.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multi -ask with little assistance.
Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are applied.
Successfully pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks.
Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications to include CPR, First Aid/AED.
Valid driver's license.
Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The SSC will be required to maintain a detailed, daily log of numerous construction activities and render a written report to the Regional Security Officer and Washington DC Desk Officer for review.
Coordinate security and other requirements with the key project officials.
Provide reports back to Security Operations in Washington DC.
Personnel who are well versed in both CAG and CST discipline will be required to interact and efficiently communicate, both orally and in writing, with Embassy personnel.
Requirements

3+ years of security and/or construction experience.
Site Security Coordinators must have at least 3 years of experience in the CSM Program.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, formulate, and develop DHS-wide policies, standards, and procedures for the implementation and management of the DHS Industrial Security Program.
Advise top-level DHS officials and subject matter managers on developments and advances in personnel, contract, and industrial security programs.
Conduct security surveys, inspections, and compliance reviews in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, Presidential Directives, Executive Orders, interagency directives, and DHS and component policies.
Developing, implementing, and overseeing policies for the management and administration of programs and personnel governed by Executive Order 12829, National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Conducting preliminary inquiries of actual or suspected compromise of classified information and ensures reporting requirements are met.
Knowledge of industrial security, personnel security, and systems security policies and issues sufficient to formulate interrelated and common DHS-wide security policies and procedures.
Knowledge of DHS and component organizational structures, applicable security policies, and lines of functional responsibility to effectively coordinate with proper officials on a broad range of tasks.
Producing finished documentation such as reports, special studies, policy procedure development.
Ability to conduct analyses, evaluations, and internal inspection of security programs, and present oral and written products
Write and maintain Industrial Security SOP.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience shall include experience within one or more of the standard securities and/or intelligence fields e.g., technical, physical, information, industrial, personnel and operational security.
Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in one or more security and/or intelligence discipline and experience implementing complex government security and/or intelligence programs and policies is preferable.
Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ISMS, eQIP, CVS, and/or DISS is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
