Safety & Health Support * Assist the investigations team with analytical support to identify threats to the organization through open-source intelligence resources, exception reporting and tips * Help develop and evolve current investigation procedures and continue the evolution of our case management/ticketing system * Report investigative findings to the investigations team and/or appropriate field partners * Support field leadership with investigations for the global enterprise. * Possess current CPR, First Aid, AED certification from American Red Cross, or be willing to obtain the certification. What you'll do: * Monitor and analyze security alerts and events in real-time * Investigate security incidents and take appropriate action * Dispatch and coordinate responses to security incidents * Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about security incidents * Manage accurate records of all safety and security incidents and events while maintaining confidentiality * Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures * Stay up-to-date on the latest safety and security threats and trends * Exercise independent judgment in interpreting information and making decisions within the scope of assigned tasks * Perform other related duties as required to support Global Safety and Security Central Operations. * Rotate between standing and seated assignments.
