Job Description
This position is filled by an experienced application developer. The incumbent applies both technical concepts and skills and knowledge of the company's internal policies and procedures to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways. What You'll Do:

Obtains an approval and submits proper documentation for migration to the locked-up production environment.
Records the time and status to the appropriate projects or support activity for billing.
Responds promptly to production issues by serving an on-call rotation for the 24-hour support of the team's systems, making decisions that will positively influence the up-time and full recovery of the team's systems from outages.
Actively participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes, ensuring effective collaboration, timely communication, and adherence to Agile principles to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
Four to six years ofexperience developing applications with proficiency in JavaScript, UI Design, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, and JSON.
Additional Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of experience. Similar industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with BPM tools and applications, including IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
Experiencewith process mapping, modeling, and visualization.
Knowledgeof business process standards.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for a generous benefits package.

The Internal Advisory Consultant role will be responsible for the internal wealth management sales effort for a specific region. In this capacity, they will partner with the dedicated Regional Consultant in promoting the adoption and use of the firm's Wealth Management Platform (WMP). Responsibilities:
* Field platform related inquiries through the internal sales call queue. The scope of calls received is designed to be focused on platform knowledge development and sales-related topics (e.g. program and manager selection).
* Leverage expansive platform knowledge to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
* Execute a proactive lead generation strategy and conduct data analysis to identify sales opportunities in their region. Work in partnership with the Regional Consultant in order to drive sales, grow regional AUM, and support the retention of advisors.
* Consult advisors on the structure of their advisory businesses, adoption of the right programs for optimal productivity and efficiency, and selection of appropriate investment solutions across strategists and managers. Overcoming objections and changing advisor behavior are skills that are integral in this role.
* Educate and develop advisors to evolve and grow their businesses. Concepts outside of platform education and investments will include, but not limited to, client segmentation, outsourcing to strategists, adoption of financial planning, and fee setting.
* Engage advisors with non-advisory business models to convert advisor businesses to fees.
* Participate in call campaigns to highlight benefits of WMP, new enhancements, managers etc.
* Promote all national and regional field meetings related to WMP as well as corporate events such as national conferences and regional events. (Attendance at these events may be required)

Education Requirements:

The Technical Consultant is an expert in Measurement and Integrations products for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.. Consultants have a sophisticated understanding of both the front end UI as well as the technical infrastructure that supports our ad products. You are able to effectively communicate technical specifications to Engineers and simultaneously distill technical concepts so they are easily understood by our customers. You are a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a business that is quickly evolving. The Technical Consultant is skilled at building partnerships and establishing credibility among multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver front-line technical support to help customers and sales teams using integration and advertising measurement products such as Advertising APIs, Conversion API (CAPI), Insight Tags and CRM Sync.
* Utilize advanced technical troubleshooting to resolve integration issues, develop solutions and verify unexpected product behavior.
* Swiftly escalate new issues to Engineering Support for further review, validation, and analysis. Collaborate with Engineering Support to prioritize and manage escalated issues on behalf of our customers.
* Empower peers by building content for training and troubleshooting resources.
* Drive customer support and process readiness for new products and features through collaboration with GTM teams. Attend key stakeholder meetings to continually provide awareness of new and ongoing issues as well as product changes.
* Monitor product quality, escalation trends, top issues, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* 4+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Online Media or related field
* 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Product Operations, Product Management or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in interacting with diverse groups of technical and non-technical individuals
* Customer communication soft skills with the ability to capture customer requirements, handle and resolve customer conflicts using various modes of communication.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively convey complex subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
* Experience with troubleshooting technical issues using browser-based developer tools.
* Experience with web tracking and analytics technology including cookies, tracking pixels, ad tags, container tags, and analytics programs such as Google Analytics.
* Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to pull data directly using SQL or Presto, analyze large data sets, and identify business insights from data.
* Proven ability to adapt to change. Dynamic in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to learn new technologies.
* Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, APIs, and other web development technologies.
* Familiarity with Unix and cURL.
* Familiarity with issue management systems (JIRA) and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud, Zendesk).
