Minimum 7 years related experience from a highly regulated technology-based company/industry (e.g. medical devices, machine building/equipment manufacturing, automotive, defense/aerospace, pharmaceutical, etc.), where a mix of automated and manual assembly techniques is utilized. Minimum 2 years of experience leading an engineering team, e.g. manufacturing, automation, process, and/or mechanical - preferably in a 24x7 manufacturing / production environment. People leadership experience must include hire-fire experience, delegating workloads, mentoring/coaching/career development, disciplinary action, etc. Industrial Engineering experience working in both HMLV (High Mix Low Volume) and LMHV (Low Mix High Volume) assembly processes.
