ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

The Vice President will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for the vision, development, and execution of the company's engineering and technology roadmap. The Vice President of Technology and Engineering oversees pre-sales Solution Architecture, post-sales Solution Engineering, Estimating, and the Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) platform. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Strategy:

Lead the Estimating function, refining processes, pricing models, and labor methodologies; manage and optimize CPQ tools in line with sales strategy and engineering input
Align regional managers and sector-specific engineering leads to support scalable delivery and technical consistency across the business
Maintain and expand expertise in low-voltage electronic security systems: intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, life safety systems, sensors, edge devices, networking, and transmission systems
Ensure engineering teams are trained and compliant with current and emerging standards, codes, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in engineering or technical leadership roles within the physical electronic security, life safety, Smart Building, BIoT, PropTech, or low-voltage systems integration industry
Minimum of ten (10) years of direct engineering leadership experience, including management of cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Experience in global operations or projects involving multinational clients
Visionary leadership with a bias for innovation and execution, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers in project-based services
Demonstrated experience in Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) applications, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), BIM (Building Information Modeling), pre and post-sales engineering, and large-scale solution architecture
Proven record of technology evaluation, adoption, implementation, and roadmap development in a complex integration or systems-based business
Strong understanding of field services operations and experience working in a matrixed, decentralized environment, with a collaborative mindset and ability to lead across functions

Join the power movement as a Mechanical EngineeringManager
Your focus, as the Mechanical EngineeringManager Toroidal Field (TF) Coil Structures, will be leading a team of direct and matrix resources to outline the plan and lead the day-to-day activities for achieving successful delivery of the structural components required to manage the immense electromagnetic loads from the TF coils and keep them at operating temperature. Essential to this will be the ability to manage complex integrated design and analysis and the associated schedules and budget. Furthermore, the engineeringmanager will be responsible for providing manufacturing and assembly support. As the SPARC project progresses, the Mechanical EngineeringManager will also work closely with the ARC team to implement knowledge gained in design, fabrication, and installation of SPARC components.

What you'll do:
Provide technical leadership to the engineering and delivery teams to drive technical decisions and support final design completion of the system
Coordinate the work of the team throughout the design, analysis, procurement, manufacturing and assembly lifecycle
Develop and manage a budget and schedule to ensure the activities are completed on time and on budget.
Ensure emerging interface conflicts with others are addressed timely
Provide manufacturing and assembly support to promote efficiency and minimize lost time effects
