Assist the Engineers with the annual capital planning program by providing information related to cost reduction projects, identifying necessary major equipment replacement, and assisting in the evaluation of non-cost reduction projects. Provide engineering expertise to support long-range facilities planning by assisting in the valuation of future major repairs or replacement to assure plant production capabilities and developing reliable and cost-effective utility resources. Develop and implement a company-wide continuous improvement strategy and roadmap through engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
