ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT is seeking a highly experienced Director of Applications (Oracle) to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of our enterprise applications landscape with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, Finance, Field Service, Integration and Oracle AI. You will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our applications to support business transformation, scale, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the enterprise applications roadmap, aligning with corporate strategy, financial goals, and digital transformation initiatives.
Partner with C-suite and functional leadership (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, AI) to translate business priorities into application capabilities.
Establish governance for application lifecycle management, including intake, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
Oracle Implementation & Management
Lead the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation program, including Finance, Supply Chain, Oracle AI, and future module expansions.
Own vendor/SI partner relationships, ensuring accountability for delivery, cost, and quality.
Oversee program governance, change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performing applications organization across onshore/offshore models.
Define career paths, performance metrics, and succession plans for team members.
Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within the internal IT team to reduce reliance on external consultant's post-go live.
Operational Excellence
Establish KPIs for application availability, data integrity, and business process performance.
Drive enhancements, automation, and integration to maximize Oracle Cloud ROI.
Implement best practices in application security, compliance, and audit readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or master's preferred).
15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in leadership roles overseeing enterprise applications.
Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, Oracle AI, EPM) programs end-to-end.
Prior experience in global ERP rollouts and complex integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Data Platforms, etc.).
Strong background in change management, and business process re-engineering.
Skills & Competencies
Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and business stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, integrations, reporting/analytics, and data migration.
