JOB SUMMARY: Utilities Technician II is responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting to mechanical and utilities equipment in a pharmaceutical environment and handle repairs and diagnosis of electrical equipment and major repairs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine and/or preventive maintenance as needed or assigned by supervisor for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functions of utilities systems including, but not limited to steam, compress air, reverse osmosis, power generator, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and electrical systems. Job Description Primary job functions include working under a Field Service Superintendent on projects sites and leading a crew onsite with executing tasks assigned by site superintendent. This includes demolition, installation, operating machinery, such as telehandlers and skid steers, and receiving material at job sites.
