This field-based position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of office technology-including copiers, printers, and related equipment-while delivering exceptional service to our clients. The role requires both technical expertise and strong customer service skills, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and client satisfaction. A company vehicle is provided, and comprehensive training will set you up for success. Primary Responsibilities Maximize equipment uptime by responding quickly and completing effective, efficient repairs. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of copiers, printers, and related devices. Diagnose technical issues using customer feedback, electronic data, and observations. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable service. Partner with clients, sales teams, and internal staff to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations. Accurately complete service documentation, including parts usage, call closures, and meter readings. Provide feedback to improve processes and support continuous improvement efforts. Some travel is required. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications 1+ years of industry experience is preferred. Mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills. Prior experience servicing office equipment such as copiers and printers preferred; Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, or HP experience a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of basic networking and computer systems. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Valid driver's license and insurability (company vehicle eligibility based on driving record).
