The Shift Lead will be responsible for opening and closing duties within the dispensary as a Shift Leader, communicating product and policy updates to Budtenders, and assisting Managers by supporting an atmosphere that fosters learning and continued education. They must maintain accurate records of all customer identification and registration documents, manage customer traffic flow, and respond to customer and patient inquiries. The Lead Budtender will also record, arrange, package, and sell customer orders. The ideal candidate must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment, and facility appearance.
