Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Shift Differential Pay: 2nd shift is an additional $2/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Level 1 - Warehouse Associate * Adhere to all Gaia safety and quality policies. * Load, unload, and transport products using various powered industrial trucks. * Receive, ship, and transfer inventory records via Gaia WMS. * Pull and prepare products for production shop orders. * Pack and ship small parcel shipments. * Conduct inventory cycle counts. * Perform 5S/cleaning tasks as required. Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of tasks related to the internal supply chain/warehousing/fulfillment operations at Gaia Herbs. Supervisory Responsibilities None Requirements Qualifications Education and/or Experience: * High School Diploma or GED is Required. * 1 year Warehouse/Logistics experience preferred. * 1 year Powered Industrial Truck experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Basic computer skills. * Proficient in math. (Including decimals and fractions) * Communication skills. * Ability to work overtime as required. * Proficient or a willingness to be trained in the operation of multiple types of powered industrial trucks. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Working knowledge of a warehouse and its equipment, operations and scales. * Ability to come in early and or stay later than scheduled shift to accommodate the daily company needs. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write short documentation and correspondence. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
