A Grocery Picker in our Duluth, MN Distribution center operates a battery-powered picking machine, either a floor pallet jack or a high lift machine. The picking order is software driven. A picker wears a headset to hear and carry out operations given as voice commands. A person doing this job will physically lift and place case goods on a pallet and confirm by voice that the pick is complete. Full pallets will be shrink-wrapped by the picker, labeled, and staged for distribution. This position is Monday thru Friday, ___3:00PM-11:30PM_____ This position requires an employee to be able to stand, walk, lift and bend throughout their entire shift.
