Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements such as OSHA, local fire code, FDA, DEA, and Pharmacy board. Collaborate with warehouse leadership to ensure inventory stock is sufficient for forecasted orders. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations. Ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized daily by managing trash bins, bailing discarded cardboard, organizing stock and ensuring workspaces are free of hazards. Lead by example in all areas including the code of conduct, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse, reliability and productivity. Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned. Work a schedule to close the day from 12:00pm to 8:00pm daily but flexibility to change as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of inventory counts and usage. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order preparation, and shipping. Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks. Ability to work well within a team environment and take direction from managers. Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic inventory software is preferred.
