Maintain safe working environments and enforce compliance with site safety requirements.
Coordinate with mall security, store teams, GCs, and trades regarding access, deliveries, staging, and after-hours procedures.
Identify field issues early and work with the PM to propose solutions or escalations.
Support and lead crews through remodel phases, refresh scopes, rollout tasks, and site transitions.
Document field conditions, verify material quantities, and track progress daily.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial construction, retail remodels, facilities work, or relevant trade experience
Strong hands-on skill set preferred, including basic carpentry, fixture moves, demolition, and small repair tasks
Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for most of the year, sometimes with short notice
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with store teams, vendor crews, and clients
Ability to read scopes of work, basic drawings, and site layout plans
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments

Day Camp Assistant Site Supervisor

The Assistant SiteSupervisor is responsible for assisting the Camp SiteSupervisor with the daily operation of the summer camp program. This is a seasonal, part-time, position.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be certified in CPR and First Aid. At least two years prior camp experience with skills in organization, lesson planning and record keeping and strong communication skills.
Immediate Supervisor:
The Assistant SiteSupervisor is responsible to the Camp SiteSupervisor and Camp Coordinator and Recreation Supervisor.
Essential Functions:
Assist Camp SiteSupervisor in planning, organizing, developing and implementing daily camp activitie
Act as Camp SiteSupervisor in SiteSupervisor's absence, if asked to do so.
Assist in supervising Jr. Leaders and campers on a daily basis and keep activities flowing smoothly at site.
Assist in all camp-related activities including aquatic activitie 5. Build and maintain staff morale.
Maintain communication with the Camp SiteSupervisor, Camp Coordinator, Recreation Supervisor and parents with camper concerns.
Assist in making sure the camp site and surrounding area are clean, includes sinks, counters, and floor
Attend all camp supervisory meetings.
Assist in planning season-long activity plans to be used at camp. 10. Assist in evaluating camp program at the last session.

Safety Responsibilities:
Analyze the environment for safety hazards and eliminate them before accidents happen. 2. Notify the Camp Coordinator of safety hazards that need to be fixed and when first aid
supplies are needed.
Watch for unauthorized persons loitering or taking pictures around camp sites/park 4. Use camp equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Complete Accident Reports when needed and give to the Camp SiteSupervisor. Make sure a Band Aid Report is filled out whenever a band aid is given out.
Administer first aid to one's capabilities, following the “Communicable Disease Guidelines”. (See Communicable Disease Guideline Policy)
Follow all safety procedures for field trips; assist the Camp SiteSupervisor in performing head counts, carrying first aid, and explaining rules to camper
Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of the District's safety program.

Psychological Considerations:
The Assistant SiteSupervisor may need to resolve differences and problems that arise with campers. May also have to work under stress when First Aid or CPR is required.
Physiological Considerations:
Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds.
Environmental Considerations:
Most activities are performed outdoors. These conditions include weather such as extreme heat, humidity and sun exposure.
Cognitive Considerations:
Must possess good safety awareness and judgment. Must be friendly and like to work with people of all ages.

Operations
Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts. Strive for operational levels that meet or exceed the Fan's expectations in the areas of quality, service and atmosphere, creating value through an excellent experience and a fair price. Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control.
Training
Ensure that shift leads and crew are trained and fully knowledgeable on all PRIDE systems and routines, product recipes, food safety practices and restaurant safety practices.
Ensure that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, setting each scheduled shift up for success.
Business Planning
Assist in the execution of the restaurant's business plan as directed by the GM, taking advice and coaching from the owner, GM, ADQ Business Consultants, field staff or territory operator.
Understand how to react to issues impacting the restaurant's profit & loss (P&L) to optimize sales and profit, such as analyzing COGS and taking corrective action if necessary, maintaining inventory, projecting restaurant demand changes throughout the year and adjusting labor accordingly, ensuring that cash control/security procedures are followed, and understanding the P&L implications of workers' compensation claims.
Assist the GM with developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks and frequency of Fan visits.
Fan Service
