Reports to Project Manager and or General Manager
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Restoration & Remediation Field Supervisor leads the onsite
emergency response team to complete restoration projects ensuring the goals and needs of the
customers are being met. The Restoration & Remediation Field Supervisor is capable of
implementing water remediation procedures consistent with the IICRCS-500 Standard and has a
minimum of 3 years onsite experience as a technician.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities
• Work on job sites to provide the following services; water pumping/extraction, mold
remediation, moving & resetting contents, selective demolition as required to accommodate
the drying process, debris disposal, setting drying equipment, carpet cleaning
• Assist and facilitate the restoration of the project including but not limited to drywall, plaster,
finish/rough carpentry, masonry, etc.
• Create a list of material needed to complete any assigned task, and coordinate the pick up/delivery
as needed
• Participate in the following activities; vehicle safety and maintenance inspections,
constructing polyethylene enclosures, maintaining equipment
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
• Provide daily WORK ORDER updates including the following information; job name/number, time
onsite, time offsite, completed scope for the day, photos of completed work
• Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
• Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and
information
• Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices;

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, management, and implementation of program activities in accordance with the goals and policies of the ELOP/DASH grant, school district, collaborative partners, and the YMCA of San Diego County
Supervise program participants, ensuring their guidance and safety at all times
Provide positive behavior guidance that supports the developmental, social-emotional, and physical needs of all students
Serve as lead staff of the DASH Program in the absence of the Site Supervisor
Actively recruit students and market expanded learning activities to ensure program capacity
Collaborate with school and district personnel to align high quality academic activities and to develop and maintain positive relationships
Assist with the on-site management of attendance data and procedures, program documents, student files, and other administrative duties as assigned
Perform daily duties that ensure space is properly maintained, organized, clean, and safe
Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act in an emergency situation
Physical ability to lead activities such as sports, games, academic assistance, assemblies, transitions, and other program activities
Other duties as assigned needs to be included to all roles
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma/GED
One year experience in child and youth development, education, or comparable setting required
Must meet minimum qualifications for a highly qualified Classroom Assistant/Instructional Aide in the district in which the assigned school operates; AA/AS degree, 48 college units or passing score on district's Classroom Assistant/Instructional Aide proficiency exam acceptable
Fingerprint clearance from DOJ/FBI required prior to working.
TB test clearance within 60 days prior to employment or prior to working on a school site
Completion of Child Abuse Prevention training prior to working with program participants
CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, obtained within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:
American Red Cross
American Heart Association
American Safety & Health Institute
