SUMMARY: The Delivery Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the delivery center to ensure timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. This role manages delivery drivers, shipped parts, ensures compliance with safety and DOT regulations, resolves operational issues, and works closely with warehouse, account receivable and customer service teams to meet performance goals. The Site Supervisor Reports to the Office Manager with dotted line accountability. Take appropriate corrective action with personnel as required. Address patient concerns. Follow-up on patient problems, complaints and inquiries, with research to assure satisfactory completion.
