Monitors, assesses, and anticipates human capital needs (i.e., adequate levels of staffing, engagement, and performance) to meet business needs.
Evaluates, develops, and implements maintenance policies and procedures.
Inspects, tests, and measures completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.
Performs skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment.
Ensures timely completion, accuracy, and integrity of all field related paperwork (i.e., FSRs, daily work orders, expense reports, etc.).
Troubleshoot and provide training to team members.

The site leader is the primary Vertiv Service representative for large jobs, from factory testing, through start-up, site acceptance testing, and project completion. The site leader is required to establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent Switchgear and Busbar Service at all customer and contractor meetings for projects which the PL is assigned to by the Area Supervisor
Utilize standard Project Management tools to conduct the project effectively, achieving quality, financial and schedule targets
Coordinate start-up, commissioning, inspection and site testing activities for assigned projects
Review scope of work requirements on the sales order
Review customer or third-party procedures and train personnel on those procedures
Define and manage man-power needs for the job
Gather all documentation for job (submittals, as-built drawings, in-house test procedures)
Coordinate with order management, plant production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty groups throughout the project, escalating potential conflicts to avoid impact to the customer
Represent Service in front of the customer, contractor, and consultants
Assist contractors as required during installation of assigned projects
Coordinate Pre-Site meetings with contractor
Provide support to contractor for technical questions during installation
Support start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects
Ensure sufficient man-power on site each day to perform start-up and site testing work
Assist during start-up and site testing as necessary, depending upon man-power availability and site location

The Site Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision and oversight of the COVID-19 testing site operations, personnel performing testing and reporting of test results. Must demonstrate high-level leadership and organizational skills and be accessible to testing personnel in order to provide consultation as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite day-to-day supervision of COVID-19 testing/screening performance.
Provide competent and compassionate care to all clients/patients.
Resolve technical problems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Provide orientation to all testing personnel and perform performance documentation.
Educate and update clients/patients on current recommendations.
Safeguard the client/patient by observing appropriate infection control procedures including but not limited to universal precautions.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm including on call, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be flexible. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Supervisor is responsible for all of the day to day oversight of Behavioral Health Technician personnel. The BHT Supervisor must be familiar with all of the responsibilities of the personnel. The primary responsibility of all BHT staff is to ensure the clients are supervised and safe. · monitor residents to ensure safety (this is the primary duty of all Behavioral Health Technicians who are equally responsible for ensuring client safety);

· orient, on-board, and train all Behavioral Health Technician staff;
· review time clock activity for accuracy and attendance for all Behavioral Health Technician to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures;
· ensure all Behavioral Health Technicians are trained, aware of, and comply with agency policies and procedures;
· coach and counsel or all Behavioral Health Technicians as needed;
· express the concerns of the Behavioral Health Technicians to the Program Manager;
· consistently read feedback log in order to familiarize self with resident and milieu issues;
· contact on-call staff as needed;
· conduct Behavioral Health Technician meetings;
· participate in weekly staff meetings upon request;
· witness, complete, and document urine drug screens;
· complete incident reports and ensure Behavioral Health Technicians are completing Incident Reports per agency policy, ensure all Incident Reports are submitted to Program Manager in a timely manner;
· coordinate and/or conduct required bed checks and record whether client is awake or sleeping; and
· perform other duties as assigned.
